::Not good. Cashier failed to scan item. They won't allow me to leave. Then was stuck at register while person rechecked thing. At which point they found the mistake. Then they gave me two sheets. When back to door and person keep the paper. At least I got out of there

::After my quick visit here I see now I never shop at BJs or bother with their expensive membership for basic things I can get anywhere for less if not the same and BIG GIGANTIC unnecessary sizes I had ONE thing and STILL needed the card for checkout why can I just enter my home phone number like anywhere and look up my mom or dads accounts?? They force you to wait in the customer service line if your a non member and you pay full price which I find ridiculous I only came here because the coupon I had was expiring soon and the size it was would last me a while now not only this I also didnโt like this store smaller than stoneham much less limited selection and I found everything to be about the same as anywhere just higher because itโs bulk size and is membership exclusive save yourself the time and hassle what should have been a quick 10 minute trip became 20 because Iโm not a member and they cant look up you card for if you donโt have one the only lady at checkout was quite rude and acted if she Could care this is why I never waste my time at this place or Any bjs now I see why. Not worth it hassle selection service or prices no thank you!

::Exactly what you'd expect. Solid options, great values, for larger wholesale packages. Great for large family's or those with plenty of freezer space. Great book selections too!

::In a word..."dishartning". With hundreds of shopping customers, only ONE register was staffed, and lines of people lined up, patiently but frustratingly waiting to be helped checking out. Only ONE helpful young lady available to help with the "self" registers, frantically jumping from one to the other... Shopping at B's USED TO BE a fairly pleasant experience...what happened..? Oh wait... " cutting back on operational costs...?"
