  I love the good. Funny thing is that I've had to go here 20+ times but only Sat down 2 eat once. No matter what time you say you'll be there they don't start cooking your food until you arrive.

  Our server was Amy and she was very warm, welcoming and very sweet and very attentive. I gave this review 5 stars cause she took care of my family well this evening on mother's day and I felt special. Thank you so much for being an A+ server. Look out for this server cause she is awesome. Give this lady a raise! Haha 😁

  Great menu choices, beer selection and atmosphere. Waiting staff seemed a little inexperienced, but seemed to be trying to please, and friendly. We left 15% even though our waiter asked us if we were ready for dessert 2 minutes after our main course hit the table? Overall pretty good food a bit on the $$$ for what you get. We've visited other locations with pretty much the same results. Not a go to choice, but will work if it's convenient and we are ready to eat.

  Sunday midday crowds we're much louder and more rowdy than expected. Food and service was good. Parking validation required for entire are around "The Pike" location.

  As much as I have enjoyed my experiences at BJ’s restaurant in the past, my experience tonight has me questioning whether I would want to return and dine with them again. The service tonight was poor and I feel as if it took multiple requests for the server to finally bring us what we needed. The food took over an hour and a half to finally be served and by the time we got our food it was cold. We got served the wrong dishes without any offerings to fix the mistake. The manager did come over to check on us, but didn’t make any effort to assure us that we would be compensated for their mistakes. I’ve worked in the restaurant business and understand that it can be busy, so we definitely took that into consideration before deciding that the kind of service we got wasn’t the kind of service we had hoped for. Hopefully they can work on providing a better experience to their future customers.
