  Carefully selecting and relying on fresh, local vegetables, Eat Bittergreen makes some of the most delicious and savory food. We were lucky to taste some of their food at a friend's birthday party and then asked them to cater our wedding reception. Tim, the head chef, worked with our budget and developed an impressive menu for our guests. Some items included the sweet pea and pecorino bruschetta and fresh caprese salad as appetizers, and pastured piemontese beef meatballs and free range chicken cacciatore as the main entree. Throughout the day, guests were complimenting us on the food. We only have Tim and his team to thank. Thanks, Eat Bittergreen!
