  I've been a hairdresser for years. The girl I had needed more education and listening skills. Also should have spent more time pampering and up selling herself as she was new. When you have time with a new client, you should ask more questions about what they like and may be wash and blow dry their hair, go the extra mile! She was nice but I was not happy, hair was cut super short!

  This is the best haircut of my life. Dylan took his time to make sure everything was just right. I could tell he is very passionate about giving me my haircut. Very gentle on the head.
