  The grace period is 10 min we was over 3 mins and I explained to her that I was just checking to see if heco was open she then continued to tell me oh well and I am more than welcome to leave my car there how unprofessional she needs to be replaced

  Horrible service. You have to fire your parking attendant. My ticket was validate, but she still made me to pay !!!! I asked her to explane me why I have to pay, and she couldn't tell me anything, I think she doesn't undestand english. I payd only because a few cars were beside me, didn't want people to wait
