  Shea provide amazing service! We had out first child in a hospital and it was a very bad experience. Our 2nd was with Shea. Birth Collective of Jacksonville is the best place to go if you would like to have a natural birth.

  From first apt to last I loved my care at The BCOJ. Hope & Shea are all around great midwives & people. I left every apt with my questions & concerns listened to & answered thoroughly. I loved having my baby in a loving & caring environment & being able to go home just a few hours after. Shea was on call when I went into labor & showed me compassion & care & put me at ease even tho I only had one apt with her beforehand. I highly recommend every mother-to-be to go to BCOJ! Thank you Hope, Shae, & all the wonderful staff for making my care & labor so perfect.

  Both of my bcoj births were tops. I felt like I was in control of the birth but never felt alone, and I felt that I was given permission to explore my own strength by a team of loving birth workers at a transformative moment in my life. Nobody commandeered my experience and I subsequently went forth into the battle of mothering with fresh confidence and a full heart. I'd recommend Hope and Shea to anyone looking to connect with their birth experience in a safe, incredibly supportive environment, or to anyone wishing to avoid the physical and emotional challenges of a hospital birth.

  Choosing a midwife was the best decision I have made. The group of women at the Birth Center are amazing. They treat everyone like family and it shows how passionate they are about what they do. My home birth experience was the best out of 3 children. Hope and Shea are amazing. If I wanted to have another baby, they would definitely be my first choice again. Best birthing experience ever!
