  I have a ring purchased from your company. The center stone is cloudy. I've spoke with Rebecca at your company. She said it probably needs to be cleaned. I have cleaned it religiously in accordance with your websites recommendations. I took it to a jeweler to look at it. They said the clouding is inside the stone, which I suspected from the beginning. I have tried to call multiple times, leaving messages with no call back. I have also sent multiple emails with no response. I would like this situation rectified and my ring made right.

  Ordered a sample ring to accent a ring that I had. I didn’t like how it looked with my ring so I sent back fed express. It was received by Rebecca. She sent me an email about ordering the actual ring. I told her that it did not look good with my ring and I wanted a refund. She had told me before ordering that I could order a stock sample and return it if it didn’t work for a full refund less $20. I have contacted her via email and phone and left many messages. Still have not received my refund. I have filed a complaint with Pay Pal and am waiting for a response. All I want is a response from someone there and a refund as promised. I have the emails to prove everything. This should not be happening.

  I would love to give a higher rating! I’m soooo interested but I have not received answers to my questions. I have Facebook private messaged and emailed. It’s now been 2 months, the Birkat Elyon Facebook page has a sale that expired at the beginning of December and it’s almost February. I’m sure they are busy but I’m used common services like answering emails etc... can’t decide if I should order. The one review said they deducted his account and he still hasn’t received anything 2 months later.

  WOW FACTOR! I bought a huge engagement ring from them back in July and they even shipped to me faster than expected. Everyone who sees this ring is automatically jealous and I didn't have to spend thousands. She loves it, the quality is superb and the compliments just keep rolling in.

  Once again Birkat Elyon hit a home run! Timely delivery of my order as well as superb craftsmanship. I am replacing all of my wife's "authentic" diamond jewelry with "synthetic" jewelry from Birkat Elyon for travel and more casual occasions. My wife loves her new collection as do I.
