  This place holds its own against the big coffee players in NY like Stumptown and Blue Bottle. I hope they continue to hire quality baristas.

  Birch is one of the few local coffee shops around the big apple. Its quality really stands out (specially from a famous Seattle based coffee shop that you can stumble upon every corner). Having said that, their staff could be a bit friendlier, specially for those of us who can only have their latte when Unsweetened Almond milk. Worth to mention the Latte art is great.

  So... My wife and I really drink coffee. This place makes outstanding coffee. Had a latte and a mocha. Honestly better than most places we've had coffee.

  Cute little coffee shop with great coffee, delicious looking pastries, good music, and great staff. They have 3-4 seats altogether so get a coffee to go or sip your coffee fast.

  Finally! Birch is here! Love it. The place looks cozy, warm and inviting just like a good coffee place should be. And of course the coffee is delicious!
