  Absolutely terrible!! I ended with a second degree burn from the careless tech. I cannot reach a manager for my money back. Don’t go here or you’ll end up with a huge rectangular permanent scar like the one I have. Terrible.

  Just waited 30 minutes past my appt that I scheduled because I have a schedule. Yet if your late you lose you appt. I am always on time. I walked in and they were both on their phone but then put me in a room tell me someone is coming and no one comes. Pretty much just forget about me and then expect me to wait and be fine with it, after a half hour. Waste of time and money. Drive to englewood for that. So I can get skipped over after paying money and driving over here for no reason then. Guess their phones and other customers are more important than new customers.
