  This parking deck is managed by standard parking. I hate the customer service policies so much! The time their machine ate my credit card, the Only answer they had from you was canceling the card and getting a new one. Their machine just ate my ticket, and their response was to keep me trapped in the parking garage until I paid their lost ticket fee, which was $5 higher than the parking fee their machine just assessed me. Their refund process is hellaciously inconvenient. I am never parking there again.
