  Guys who make food are great other then that skip it. The woman behind the counter sucks, food is overpriced.

  This place needs to replace their chef/cook. I’ve forgiven this place in the past numerous times for consistently getting my order wrong but this was my final straw. Ordered 2 orders of french toast and it came our very poorly made. I mean some of the peices of bread were partially dipped in the egg/cinnamon batter on BOTH orders. How do you even miss that??? Like he obviously gives no care or effort in the world while cooking the food. I returned the food and drove to another local bagel shop. What a waste of time and money. I'm completely done with this place and never coming here again.

  Went in and ordered a simple bacon egg and cheese on a toasted bagel. The bagel wasn't toasted, 1 egg and 2 slices of bacon. The flagel was cold and how do you burn eggs? When I told the the guy, NO English and the other one said it's not his fault. Piss poor service. I actually threw the sandwich in the garbage! It was totally disgusting! I'll never go there again and hope no one else does. It was amazing to them when I spoke Spanish and all of the sudden everyone shut up and walked away.

  This place NEVER opens on time due to its lazy, could care less staff. I work 2 minutes away and EVERY time i come in its a problem. This time is the last!!! Its now 6:22 am and the cook and cashier are just pulling up in the car. Only 22 minutes late. Solid
