::I actually ordered online and requested coconut water. Coconut water is $3.00, instead they gave me a Banana flavored Snapple. Called to ask them why they gave me a $1.50 beverage without consulting me, answer was, "oh sorry we ran out and it was busy so we couldn't call you". OH REALLY???? YOU COULDN'T EVEN HAVE YOUR DELIVERY GUY LET ME KNOW WHEN HE DROPPED IT OFF? What a low class place, never ordering from here again. Hey receptionist, at least apologize, learn how to talk to customers ok? worst place ever. and I NEVER write reviews.

::Great bagels prices are pretty competitive but you have Walgreens, a dollar store, acme all near by so it makes for good one stop shopping.

OCD squad
::Restaurant is clean and modern, food is a little too greasy and salty, and overpriced. Burger size is monstrous, which I guess could be a pro or a con.
Information Center
::I've been on the most strict diet ever. the last place you'd go to would be a bagel cafe right? I went in and told the people at the counter that I need to eat something healthy / low carbs preferred. The main cook went out of his way to make me a lemon based dressing and a salad with lentils grilled chicken and all the stuff that qualifies in my diet. The salad was delicious. Love the ambiance too - I felt like I was in an authentic brooklyn / tribeca cafe. Can't wait to try it again.
