  I was seen on time. The entire staff was polite and helpful. Everything was explained in a manner that was easy for me to understand. In and out in less than an hour.

  The front desk lady doesn’t smile, so not so welcoming, but doctor was very nice. And the lady who helped me with a new glasses was very nice too.

  My experience was great.! I used to go to a well known opthomologist but felt like a number on a list of people.. here it was more personalized someone was able to take their time with me to pick my glasses and was not rushed. Dr. Shekari Was so pleasant, young, soft spoken, very professional! I would say thought there was an older woman there who helped me with my glasses who was clearly going through a crisis... I think she was new because the other employee (tall Spanish wore her hair in a bun wore all black) was kind of guiding her on what to say etc. I knew exactly what was going on in the lady’s life bc she was on the phone with family etc on the work floor. Although she helped me this was completely unprofessional. Otherwise I would completely recommend this eye center. :) thank you !
