  Dropped off two dresses here and a week later went back and was told that only one of my dresses was ready for pick up which I though was weird and was told to come back next week for the other dress. Went back the next week and was told they had no record that I ever dropped the dress off and blew me off. I didn't have the receipt anymore since I gave it to them the previous week when I picked up the other dress. My guess is someone stole the dress and then erased my account. Something shady is going on there. If you want to keep your clothes don't go here!

  Lost my clothes, returned them 10 days later with a pathetic 10% discount. Also discolored, stained and shrunk my favorite $100 blouse. Will. Not. Return.

  lost my clothes, were not helpful at all in finding them or compensating me for loss.

  the clothes smelled, the shirts were dingy, the pressing was something that my 7 yr old neice could have done. The girl at the counter had no idea what was going on. If I could have left the store without paying for the clothes I would have. good luck bringing you clothes there consider yourself warned
