::Thank you everyone that wrote reviews about the drill sergeants claiming to be yoga teachers that work at this place. Made my experience laughable. Maybe there should be a link to a support group after being traumatized by the ridiculous power tripping "yoga instructors" here. I can just imagine the real yogis of India laughing hysterically at this sh** show. In case the owner cares to make any โadjustmentsโ to this prison camp with a yoga sign, my instructor was Kris. Thumbs way down.

::I have practiced Bikram for a while and have been a regular at a few studios in my time. This is a good studio with many solid teachers. I would recommend this studio to anyone serious about their practice.
Mark Polk
::Great studio. Challenging, but you can go at your own pace. Takes a couple classes to get the breathing and flow down. Addicting after. Hydrate the days before class.
Marisa Vogel
::Everyone is entitled to their own opinion of course, but I have been coming around this place long enough to know that the studio owner has a solid education and background and most definitely understands the philosophical concepts of yoga. That said, she doesn't treat anyone with kid gloves or waste energy being inauthentic for anyone else's comfort. Bikram is an inherently structured and disciplined style of yoga and anyone who practices is expected to respect that, period. Finally, this is a small business (key word, business) and as such there are boundaries in place with regard to things that are provided complimentary and those which are not. Mat spray is not included.

::Samantha, the owner, is unkind and does not understand the fundamental philosophical concepts behind yoga. She's more interested in adhering to arbitrary rules than she is about guiding students through this amazing practice. Avoid this studio.
