  horrible customer service. I bought a pair of gloves and was charged and two weeks later, still not received, and then got an email saying they were "returned". still cant get in touch with anyone at BikeSomewhere

  Customer service is phenomenal, but I do think they can use some work on the processing/shipping of items. 4 business days seems excessive in todays e-commerce industry. I would buy from them again based off their customer service, but not if the item I need is time sensitive.
