  I've always found the service here to be friendly. Staff will often go above and beyond to make sure your needs are met. They are also good about keeping in contact about repairs.

  It’s a little rough around the edges but you know what? The dude running the shop was accommodating and doing his best. He cares. Come here and save money & shop local at the slug.

  I love these guys, super cool, keep my bike in ship shape, never posted a review but these guys hold it down for bikes in bed stuy

  I came here because my bike cranks were making noise but the wheel was moving perfectly. One of the awkward hipster staff members with a blonde ponytail decided to “check” it for me by taking off the chain and putting it back on. He said I needed a new wheel, which isn’t true, because the wheel was fine. I didn’t have my card with me so I couldn’t buy a new wheel even if I wanted to. Only this time, the wheel did not move at ALL. I couldn’t even WALK a block with my bike so I decided to walk back to the shop & tell the guy to make my bike the way it was BEFORE. He was giving me an attitude saying he can’t fix it for me & I would have to order a new wheel. Are you kidding me? I went from having a functioning bike that makes some noises, to a completely non-working bike. I will never come again. One of the worst bike shops in Brooklyn. Dishonest scammers. DO NOT GET YOUR BIKE CHECKED OUT HERE BECAUSE THEY WILL INTENTIONALLY MESS UP YOUR BIKE JUST SO YOU CAN PAY THEM TO GET IT FIXED.
