  Really solid bikes and customer service is great. They reportedly do not receive commission, but rather a bonus collectively for the whole store based on sales, so the pressure to buy the bike seems not as intense as other places. The person with whom I spoke was extremely knowledgeable and I felt really good about the information I got in the bike I'm considering buying.

  Whenever I visit the store they act really nice. But when I give them a call for any bike related questions I might have they always seem to have an attitude for some reason. Like come on guys I don’t know if you guys just do it with me or other people also get the same attitude.

  I took my bike in on Tuesday, thinking it could quite possibly be in condition beyond repair. I was helped right away by a knowledgeable & kind employee that gave the diagnosis to me straight (so appreciated)! I've been bike commuting to work since June (read: I'm very much an amateur when it comes to biking) and I was probably a bit manic at the thought of not being able to ride. Everyone was so nice and understanding and they worked magic so I go my bike back the next day! And not only am I thrilled to have my bike back in working condition, I felt like I was on a buttery spaceship this morning on my commute! I didn't know that biking could be so easy! Literally, I knocked five minutes off my normal time. I am so pleased!! Thank you all so much!

  Went to Bike Gallery this weekend to find a gift for my Husband. I’m not that knowledgeable about bikes, but Lauren helped me pick out some great gifts!
