  I've had a good time renting bikes here in the past, but my last experience was less than stellar. I made a reservation online in mid-March and ended up cancelling it a day before the rental date. Everything went smoothly - or so I thought. In early May, I noticed a late-April charge on my debit card from Bike and Roll for upwards of $80. I emailed them, and they said that I had taken a bike out for two days in mid-March... using the reservation that I had cancelled. This was of course not the case. I'm fine with companies making mistakes, but there were a few worrisome details here. First of all, I never got a receipt for the late-April charge of $80, so if I hadn't happened to notice the charge, that was on my dime. Second, even when I did happen to notice, it took at least 10 calls to Bike and Roll management until they finally agreed to reimburse me. Third, even when they did reimburse me (I received the money today, almost four weeks after the original erroneous charge) the reimbursement was $5 short. The moral of the story is that Bike and Roll is a nice bike rental place - just watch your back.

  Unprofessional I was employed by these people I will say this they don’t treat black peoples well at all. Racism and discrimination was part of my criticism there and I learned a lot from that I am a better individual from that I was hard working and they under appreciated that now I have a new working family and I love where am at in life DONT be ignorant and open your heart and find the good in people or you won’t prosper. Poorly unprofessional

  Went as a group of 8, one of the girls i was with complained that her bike was far to big, 3 TIMES, no one helped. She looked so uncomfortable that 3 of us decided, before even leaving to not do it. They refused refunds, even though we didnt actually take up any of their time, they were not helpful, and have made over 100 dollars off of us travellers for doing nothing. Would NOT reccomend.

  Thanks god they have bag storage! The one of Union Station near Gate A is out of service. Without this bike store, I will have to carry my bag with me, and of course no US Capital visiting any more. Appreciate their help.
