  Great customer service from their Mgr Rob Morris... rented a dump trailer and had a blowout on the highway. Rob personally came out to help us with getting a new tire on the trailer!! These guys are the best!

  I bought my second trailer today at Big Tex, Ft. Worth. Adriana Trevino was my sales person this time and she was was very helpful, friendly and gave me a good price. Rob, the manager, checked in with me before I left and made sure I was all taken care of. The yard guys were great and got my trailer ready and hooked up. I was walking around in the yard while waiting on my trailer, when a guy came up on a tractor while he was moving trailers, he stopped and asked me if I needed any help or if anyone had waited on me, I told him I just bought one and I was just waiting on my trailer make ready, but he went out of his way to make sure I was being helped. He was super friendly and helpful, overall a great experience.

  Highly recommend. The work they did on my 2-horse bumper pull trailer was excellent and very reasonably priced. The staff and service guys were friendly and helpful. The work was completed sooner than expected even though they were very busy. I I will use them for all of my future trailer needs.
