  This location has not been the best Big Splash Wash I've visited as a Fast-Pass monthly member. Over the years of patronizing Big Splash, the midtown wash consistently falls short in many areas when compared to its other locations. Many of the issues here stem from what appears to be poor management. This prompted me to initially write a not so great review with hopes of capturing the attention of a general/district manager and it worked. Upper management promptly contact led with me to assure that my concerns were heard & proper measures are being implemented to improve the midtown location & that itself persuaded me to edit my review on the pretense positive change is near. The last couple of times I've had my car washed here, I had a very positive experience with a great manager (Wyatt) who was assisting at this location with the goal of enhancing the daily operations & customer service experience. Many of the concerns I shared with Wyatt were the exact same things he noticed that had somehow gone unnoticed for years under the current manager there. When I approached him with a question about my monthly membership, he was outside with a broom & dustpan in hand which is a clear sign this particular manager is willing to go above & beyond to improve this location. Unfortunately, I cannot say the same for the other manager there who is difficult to have a civil conversation with. While I have not been happy with this location over the years due to it being poorly managed & short staffed, I am optimistic that positive change is in store to improve the overall experience here. Kudos to Wyatt for his professionalism & his willingness to go above & beyond. Also, thank you to Big Splash upper management for promptly contacting me regarding my concerns. It is my hope in coming months this location will be a desirable place for city dwellers to visit when we need a car wash.

  I work for a mining company. I can assure you that my truck looks like it rolled off the cover of Four Wheeler Magazine on a daily basis. Big Splash is always up to the task. Highly recommended.

  I like that you can get an unlimited monthly pass for a low price. They towel dry your car on the way out and have free vacuums for customer use. I’ve never had an issue with my service there and always enjoy the feeling of a clean car :)

  The on-a-track style of car wash. Has plenty of vacuums, though it gets packed after a thaw. Does a good job of getting off all the grime I pick up from country roads. Towel dry included, which is nice. Subscription plans are worth it. Do recommend.

  Love this place! It's the best quality car wash I've ever been to in the downtown and northland area. All of the interactions I've had with the staff have been good. Your vehicle is sprayed off before entering the wash. I've never seen the equipment broken or performing less than optimally. A couple of months ago after pulling out of the wash, the manager had me go through again (free) because there were a few spots. My Jeep was pretty grubby at the time. Wow! That's better than expected customer service. Is this place cheap? No, but the price is appropriate for the service you get. It's worth the money spent.
