  I've gone here for years and years, and cannot imagine finding a better place for tires. Their customer service is exemplary. I've sat there listening to them, wishing everyone treated each other with such kindness and respect. They are also very expedient, and if they cannot be they tell you honestly. As a woman, I know how rare it is to be respected by those working on my car, and this is a huge part of why I return. I recommend calling for an appointment, if you can, as their greatness makes them busy. However, I was in and out in 25 minutes this evening when a giant screw wound up in my tire on the way home. Definitely award them with your business!

  I'm torn between giving this place a 3 or 4 star rating, but I decided on a 4 star because (1) I've been to far worse places, (2) they price match, even if it's not from a well-known tire or service place, and (3) they work fast. But working fast might be their downfall. I recently had to bring my car back to replace a faulty tire I bought here and after they were done, I noticed that the tire pressure sensor light was still on. They assured me that it would go off on its own, but after a day I took it to Les Schwab and was told that each tire had a different pressure in it, which likely meant the tire pressure wasn't checked after the one tire was replaced.

  Previously bought all 4 tires at Big O, long time ago. Competent, kind, efficient & great, on sale, appropriate tires. I stop in, now and then, to have them check the air pressure. Quick, kind & I'm "out the door"
