  Big O Tires has been my neighborhood tire oil change general mechanic for the last 15 years. It's located on Warner and 48th Street. Ryan is the new owner of Big O because it is a franchise and he is very accommodating. I have been going here for so long and I've never had an issue at all. Have service over five of my cars over the years. They've even volunteered to drive me home which isn't far but still they are just so wonderful here. They have skilled mechanics that know what they're doing. They always have discounts and specials on all their tires and services. You could depend on Big O. I had a tire that was always losing air. I brought it there for days. I brought it there for days ago because but today I really needed to have it fixed properly because I was coming to Sedona. I got there about 7:20 and I thought I would be way ahead of the crowd but I was wrong. There was already four cars in the bays. They were already full and working. The one guy told me that I would have to wait an hour and a half. He could have it done, but it would take an hour and a half to repair my tire. These are Toyota tires. My car has 37,000 miles on it and it is a 2016. I did take it here for its 30000 mile oil change and I was very happy with it but now I had a bad tire. I told him I couldn't wait that long because I had to leave for Sedona at 9:30. I just thought I would blow it off and I said I'll just use Fix-A-Flat and I walked out. The owner Ryan came running after me and said I'm going to do it now. Do you have 30 minutes to wait? So they pulled it over on the side. Apparently it had a nail in it. He said you're such a good customer. I'm not going to charge you for the flat repair which is normally $15. I was impressed they were.trai ing a female to work there. I got a quote on four new tires with a discount and he told me I have 5000 miles left on the tires so I will be back to buy my tires from Big O. They're very reputable honest and hard-working. What more do you want from your neighborhood mechanic?

  Ryan and Micheal are who I usually deal with, I’ve taken my car to get rotors and breaks done. True professionals, had to take care back Wednesday due to brakes still squeaking after getting them done 3 days ago. Took care back in with no hassle within 3 hours brakes were changed and car was back in my possession. Great staff and knowledge.

  I took my car in on a busy Sat. They advised I would need to leave my car until 5pm. They kept me informed. They had to fix a few things and it ended up costing less than expected. I had a coupon and a yelp checkin deal. They honored both with no problems.

  I took advantage of their free tire pressure check-up service(Free all day :)) when my rear driver was low, even after fill up the previous day. I asked them to check my tires everything looked to be normal and the mechanic suggested to leave the car to check for nails, they fixed the nails in few hours(again I took advantage of their online coupon on free tire service). Their service was awesome, especially all the mechanics that I have met so far are knowledgeable. I will be returning if I need a tire service.

  I was beyond stressed and short on time. I walked in and forgot I bought tires at discount, but Brooke immediately jumped to help me. (It may or may not have been due to my appearance of despair) They repaired my flat ASAP and even offered guidance for the future. I noticed they offer great deals aside from the AMAZING customer service. Brooke, I hope you know how much you improved my day....I am so grateful! I hope management knows how you excel in your role! You all are amazing, and they give balloons away to the little kiddos!
