  This place is just fantastic, awesome pizza! It was VERY busy as they are so very popular. They're the home of the largest pizza here in San Antonio. I can't wait to go back, it was an incredible experience. I wish there were more restaurants that are as fun to go and have a night out like Big Lou's!

  Food was great, customer service was awesome!! We decided to take the basketball team there after a game, and with a group of 30, the wait was about 30 minutes to order and be seated!! They have a great menu selection..salad, pasta, wings and pizza of course!! The wings and pizza are my favorite!! There is also a full bar and TVs throughout the restaurant.. can't wait to go again!!

  Big Lou's is a great Pizzeria. Their big appeal is their Table Sized pizza which can easily feed at least 20 people or more. The pizza here is very tasty, its definitely among my top favorites. The location is big enough to take relatively big groups although it will get a little cramped. However its definitely a good place to bring anyone from out of town for a fun experience.

  It was a good tasting pizza. Obviously better than chain stores. Decent menu with sizes of pizza ranging from 10 to 48? inches. We got two 14 inch and made them all half and half for the 4 of us eating. Nice atmosphere as well. We ate on a Tuesday night and it wasn't busy at all. We were seated right away. Over all, we enjoyed it and will likely return. They also have a burger and BBQ joint

  Although the food is good, the people who run it seem to get unfocused. They forget that the customer and customer service should also be a priority. Now, to be fair, I rarely sit down to eat there. But that's for the simple fact that it gets stupid packed. If you like waiting a very long time in line then it's your place to be. With that being said, I've ordered for pick up and every time I do, it's as if the people on the phone aren't trained long enough or are just immature enough to realize that even though they are in high school, it's still a job. You're getting paid to do YOUR JOB. That means even if you don't give a F@#k about the person on the other line, they're a paying customer. I digress. If you don't wanna deal with immature kids, don't phone in. In fairness I did recommend them, they need an online order system.
