  I love this store. You can't go in and not come out with something. Nice variety of stuff.

  Great store, but Never rent a Rug Doctor from there, go to a kiosk or different store. I was charged same price for small machine vs wide track. Both machines were dirty, including the handtool which I had to clean before I could clean my carpets, etc. I was charged $36 initial day and an additional $30 because I kept another day. There is a sign that says second day only $10 but it doesn't tell you that you have to initially go ahead and buy the second day. So I basically could have bought a home carpet cleaner just about for what I paid for the rental. So go to a different store or a kiosk if you want good service at a good/normal price. Good customer service means everything and the kiosk would have provided better customer service.

  I love this place. It seems everytime I go I see something that I have to have. They have everything from laundry detergent to furniture, kitchen supplies, dishes, glasses, small appliances. Hygiene items, food, some clothing. Basically most of what you need at discounted prices.

  Furniture section is great. The guy John, knows about his stuff. He's very helpful and friendly.

  I have lived in a handful of states and been in many Big Lots by choice. This one is definitely one of the better ones. Friendly staff that doesn't bother you unless you look lost or in need. Well stocked on organized (or zoned). Plus large furniture in stock.
