::Ordered flowers for a 50th Birthday . Had an email to say they had been delivered but were still on the van . The person didn't receive them until the following day . very poor service . First and last time I will be using Big Apple Florist.

::Don’t bother ordering. Worst company ever. First and last order. No Email sent to say your orders been verified. Had to chase them and then my order didn’t even arrive on the date I selected and then I had to chase them again. The flowers arrived dead and the packaging was different to what I saw and ordered. Don’t falsley advertise to your customers and take their money if you can’t produce what you advertise. Honestly disappointing. Customer service line was definitely very unhelpful and rude. Horrible experience.
