  When I first came in i thought that the restaurant was only in business for the Instagramable atmosphere, but i was quickly proven wrong after I took my first bite. Order smoked salmon Benedict and it was freaking amazing. All of their lemonades are great as well, especially the unicorn 🦄 lemonade that was pink with pink edible glitter. I would def go back next time I visit Corpus Christi.

  Bien Merite is truly amazing! Try them. You won't be disappointed! We placed a very large order for a baby shower brunch the day after Christmas and they not only got it all done...it tasted amazing! The crepe cakes were beautiful and DELICIOUS. We had so many compliments. I ordered a loaf of Vegan Chocolate Banana Matcha Bread as one of our guests was Vegan. However, it was so delicious everyone enjoyed it; in fact it was the first dish to disappear. The quiche were absolutely delicious and of course, the croissants were buttery, fresh and delicious. We would definitely order from them again!

  If you're craving sweets or want an elegant, beautiful breakfast then please come make a stop here. I promise you won't regret. Gorgeous women owned establishment serving delicious pastries and drinks. I couldn't be happier. The design of the place is perfect for pictures and social media posts. The employees are kind and attentive and the pricing for the food is reasonable. Plenty of parking to the side and this place can get quite busy especially in the morning. Day old pastries were discounted and we scooped them up quick! Didn't notice much difference in flavor and texture. Highly recommend!

  Wow. 10/10 will definitely come again. The space is so cute, the music makes a lovely atmosphere, the staff are friendly, and most importantly the food is amazing! The coffee is delightful, the lemonade is sweet. The waffle is crispy on the outside but warm and fluffy inside, the brie burger was so cheesy and delicious, the avocado toast had a fantastic flavor, and the croissants were the star of the show. We got a raspberry pistachio croissant, a pizza croissant, and an everything seasoned croissant. So flaky and buttery.

  Aesthetic, amazing color vibes, macaroons are delish! Everything was so good. Ladies were very nice. I do think the picnic box is a little to high in price ($17) and then my drink was around $6. The picnic box comes with a sandwich, fruit and 3 macaroons. I was surprised when I was told my total so look at the prices! Overall It was a neat experience and I love the flower wall! It's a great selfie spot!
