::I had the integrated seat post clamp on my single speed bike crack and took it in here to see if the could file or grind it down to fit a new clamp on. I know it’s not the prettiest fix but I could’ve gotten some years of life out the frame that was otherwise solid. The mechanic in the back glanced at for half a second and then like a truly skilled mechanic reached directly for the rubber mallet and beat the seat post clamp like a caveman until he split the seat tube in half, effectively destroying the frame. Then just replies hmmm looks like a broken frame, buy a new one. It’s possible that I happened to stumble across the only incredibly incompetent mechanic that works here, but I would highly recommend you take your bike and business elsewhere. There’s plenty of other shops in the area. Take your bike to one that has mechanics that will actually take a moment to asses the problem and use the skills and brain to help solve it.

::Great and friendly service. They have excellent and fair pricing with a wide range of products.

::They love walk ins (idk if they even take "reservations" - I've never needed to find out) and they are good at what they do. They've been quick about fixing a *badly* bent front tire, and generous with "easy" fixes (my dumb self thought it was as gear issue - it was a squeaky seat, and he diagnosed and tightened it for free). They have a good selection of new bikes and a machine to "fit" you to the right bike for your body. I'm not usually effusive. I trust these people.

::Gotta start by saying that I didn't purchase a bike here because they didn't have exactly what I was looking for, but, the experience in this shop was such that I felt guilty of buying my bike elsewhere. Very knowledgable staff. Leaving aside their knowledge, they ride bikes and they are passionate about it. They are not trying to make a sale, they are trying to satisfy the needs of a fellow cyclist and they will plainly tell you "we don't have what you need, you should look for this and this...". They have a lot of accessories and parts. Definitely going to them for services and other purchases.

::I stopped in pretty close to closing hoping for help with a flat tire. They helped me out right away, and they even walked me through the process and made sure I was comfortable with the steps needed to fix a flat. They were patient, super knowledgeable, and made it really easy to jump in as a beginner. I walked out with a working bike and the tools needed to try it on my own. Everyone was very welcoming and I will definitely try to start getting involved with their various community outreach classes. Thank you!
