  Garbage customer service from a garbage shop. I only went to them because I was in a pinch since this place has a bad rep. I needed something done on two bikes in a specific time frame. I was told "no problem" then days later nothing had been done, with no attempt to even apologize or make things right. They acted like it was my fault for expecting them to do the work in the time frame they agreed to, how dare I! There are much better shops in the area, so I won't waste my time or give Bicycles Inc a cent ever again.
