  1st time rider, walked in and left with a bike and alot more knowledge. Great people, so helpful!!!! Highly recommended

  Went here ready to buy a recumbent bike. First off... Had to hunt down someone to even help me, everyone behind the counter seemed to be more worried about having conversations amongst themselves rather than helping me find a bike. Once someone did come to help I was told me they didnt carry them. But then another salesman said they did up front. So we walked to the front of the store to see the bike and the salesman said "well normally these are expensive we have cheaper one's in back" as if I couldnt afford the equipment I was ready to buy. No way am I going to spend thousands of dollars in a store that makes thows type of assumptions. I'll take my money somewhere else..

  Dropped off a bike for tuning up with very short notice and they had me out the door with it same day. Saved my race weekend.

  Had a great experience with customer service. I didn't really know what I was looking for but I had an idea what I wanted. Joel took a lot more time to help me and went above and beyond to get what I needed and help fix a few issues I was having with my bike.

  patient, attentive staff, allowed me to demo ride as many bikes as I wished until I found the perfect bike for me.. Would highly recommend , very knowledgeable ..
