  I have always had an excellent experience at Bicycle World. Eric is very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. I have cycling specific and triathlon questions and someone has aleays been able to point me in the right direction. They have a well-stocked, great selection, and they're not pushy.

  After suffering from a chronic cycling-related hamstring strain for a year, and making my own adjustments to correct my positioning on my road bike, I had some relief, but not a complete resolution to my problem. I went to see Eric on the recommendation of a cycling buddy. After a careful analysis of my position and pedaling style, Eric made a couple of slight corrections to my handlebar position and cleat/pedal alignment. Within 8 rides while became accustomed to my new fit, my pain is now completely gone. In addition, I am generating more power when needed and can ride now in the drops much more comfortably than before. I highly recommend Eric for bike fitting services!

  Best shop in Westchester.. Great staff, very knowledgeable. I bought my bike here and love it. Service is quick and affordable.
