  I was very impressed by the service. I needed my bike boxed for my cross-country move and they did that for me and it was available when they said It would be. They even offered to drop me off with the bike at home, since I was within a mile to the shop and they weren't too busy. In addition, before I left with my boxed bike they explained how the bike was disassembled in the box along with what I would need to do in order to reassemble it -- I really appreciate the time and effort they made to answer questions I didn't even think of, but would have had when it was time to put it back together weeks later. It seems like a family business that cares, and goes out of its way for customers; how can you not like and support that?

  The goal of this bike shop is make easy money. They try to convince me to pay them $27 for changing brand new brakes, just because it was a tiny metallic piece between. No desire to help, only money money money))

  Needed emergency repairs on my bike. Store says they open at 10. Tried to call multiple times around 10. No answer. Left a voicemail. Was running out of time, so I went down anyway. Arrive about 1030. Store is still closed and locked up. No sign indicating someone is running Late. Waited about 20 minutes and still nothing. Ended up going somewhere else. I would recommend the same to anyone who wants to use this shop. Incredibly unprofessional.

  Assembled my bike out of the box and a couple nuts and bolts were missing. I could have gotten what I needed at a hardware store except for the pedal. Woman at the counter said we won't look at it except for a full check for $50. No thank you.

  A former racing team mechanic, he does a great job, is very friendly and takes pride in his work. I had a tune up done and generally it was great, but realized when I got home the rear wheel was still out of true. I called him right away, told him and agreed I'd bring it in the next time I could, the following Saturday. I mixed up the hours and got to the store 30 minutes before it opened. He happened to be in, saw me outside and brought me in to fix the wheel on the spot. Not only fixed the wheel but adjusted the brake, cleaned the chain and the wheel rim. Highly recommend him.
