  Alex and his team helped me out 1-2-3 when I needed my bike worked on ASAP. Even though the store was busy with customers and repairs the team made time for me. Bicycle Playground got me in, out, and riding all within an hour. I would not consider going to another shop! Service A+, knowledge A+, Professionalism A+. They don’t upsell or push like a lot of other shops do. I would (and do) 110% recommend going to Bicycle Playground.

  I had purchased a Specialized Roubaix SL4 a week ago from here. I would like to thank Alex and his staff for providing me with excellent service and expert advice. Reasonable prices and extensive knowledge. If you are in the Huntington area, please consider this shop as a go to for your cycling needs.

  BP is an amazing little bike shop. Alex totally revamped my vintage road bike. His knowledge base on all things cycling is very deep. I was so impressed, that my wife and I purchased our Giant Escapes from BP. We are totally happy with our bikes. Alex treats all his customers with respect, regardless if you're buying a $400 bike or a $12,000 bike. I call Alex from time to time with really silly questions, and he always takes the time to answer them. I plan on getting my next gravel bike from BP. The only thing I'd say is a downer, is that his store isn't in Queens.(Just kidding) BP is worth the drive!! I recommend BP to everyone.
