  Such an amazing florist. The quality and the service is really amazing. I have purchased flowers for years and they are always excellent.

  I have ordered several times in the last few years with absolutely zero issues. This time the order was supposed to be delivered to my wife's work on Wednesday and it was actually delivered Thursday morning. Unfortunately she was off that day and at home. I called to let them know and the apologized repeatedly. Immediately they took responsibility and made it right. Within just a few hours they delivered another order out to my wife at home. She loved them.! Thank yo so much! No one is perfect, we all know this. I am thankful for a company that takes responsibility for mistakes and then makes it right. I will continue to by again and again from a company like this.

  Ordered half dozen roses for delivery to someone on their birthday. Good thing she was only nine otherwise she might have noticed how cheap the roses looked. Not to mention most of the greenery filling was wilted. Great deal at 70.00. Not.

  I ordered a medium size peace plant with blooms. The lady I spoke with assured me the plant would have the white blooms. She also assured me she would email me a picture of the flowers that would be going out. That did not happen either. No email, no blooms! This is the first time I had used this florist & will not use them again. ****update: Bice did credit my credit card $20. Not much considering I paid nearly $80 for the plant. *******
