::I love this Public Library💕💕it's a high quality Library
Robert Corrao
::A small but very modern local library branch. Helpful employees and at least 20 public computers on the main floor

::[Based on a March 6th, 2018 visit] Out of date web browsers on several PCs I have already raised the concern with Brooklyn Library customer care, but it seems several PCs are still running Firefox 38. I will list the hostnames of those PCs below if they continue to run such otudated software. The staff here are highly dismissive of any concerns I raise, and are indifferent to any maladies that affect patron experience (broken outlets, clogged or soiled restrooms, etc.) I don't have faith in them to take to task concerns they claim they're not there to solve. Nearby Transit: the (F) at 18 Av. The B8 along 18 Av. Toward the train to Bay Ridge, away from the EL toward Brownsville. Affected PCs with outdated browsers listed below: I'm getting to it. [] [] []

::I love the library. It is a very modern building with lots of appeal. Large windows bring in natural light. The only downfall is teenagers hang out using the computers to play video games.

::Too noisy, no one does anything. Computers that could be used while those 18 and under not there go in used. Patrons hog chairs with personal belongings. Constant cellphone use. Talking. No consideration for others. Too lazy to lift chairs, constant unnecessary chair dragging and screeching, extremely disruptive. Coughing and sneezing at computers no hand washing, unsanitary. Eating and drinking. Basic rules and courtesy ignored. Patrons clueless and self-centered.
