::The upstairs children's floor staff is amazing. There's two ladies and a man who run the upstairs (that i know of) and they're so sweet and patient and fun with the kids. They'll ask the parents how they are, how their children are doing. They know how to plan the events they do. It's always clean and inviting in the children's room, you definitely feel like part of a community when you're there. That being said wish i could say the same for the downstairs main floor. The staff in that floor without exaggeration feels like night and day compared to the children's room. The adult section is run by the rudest, nastiest angriest looking bunch of old women who honestly look like they hate their lives. When you ask them anything they'll stare you down with a scowl like your bothering them and that's if they don't shift from one section of the check out booth to the other just to avoid you coming towards them. So if you have a question or concern, to get their attention you have to be VERY persistent. (good luck having them teach you how to do self check out) If you say good morning or hello they wont even bother looking up at you even if they're inches away. If you say thank you, have a nice day after they, in awkward silence, check our your books, all you'll get in return is a "mhm.." I think that library desperately needs to bring in more fresh faces to change the negative atmosphere of that whole floor, yikes.

::This library is ratchet! First of all, whenever one goes to a library is for at least an hour or several hours right? If this is the case shouldn’t there always be a permanent restroom to be able to use when one is at the library spending hours studying? There don’t even have that. Customer service is very poor as well. I would give it less than a star.

::The last time I went to this library, the library was full of kids who wouldn't stop shouting out racism slurs at me. They kept on shouting "chinita... chinita". You would wonder what the Mexican/ Latino community are teaching to their kids. It's gross and racist library. I didn't go to this library again because I didn't feel safe and that I would keep getting harassed and made fun of. I was an adult when I entered this library. Just imagine the rate in which other Asian kids would be harassed surrounded by these Mexican kids, where they have no choice but to go back to the same classroom everyday. Disgusting and gross.

::New surety guard has a disorder! Update: the horrible nasty lazy female security guard has been replaced with a 90 year old man who paces all day in front of the brochures. I think he's guarding the voter registration cards with his life. His pacing is beyond annoying. I don't understand his function! Pacing like an expectant father waiting on an 8 ball. Annoying AF.

::I love our library! They have an amazing graphic novel section for adults and their computers in the basement work great. The staff is amazing and hilarious. Whenever I request books they show up lightning fast. We like to stop at the bakery on the corner for cafe con leches and quipes on the way home!
