  One of my favorite restaurants in Sacramento. Biba does an exceptional job of providing an amazing dining experience. The quality of the food is fabulous and the service is thoughtful and attentive. Exactly what you would expect from a Five Star restaurant. Salads, pasta, appetizers, entrees, desserts... you will love it all and will be planning your next visit before you leave. Reservations are highly recommended.

  Wasn't quite a 5 star experience but still a good restaurant. The service was excellent but the food did not live up to my expectations. The desert had my scratching my head. We ordered the gelato and it obviously had too much gum powder added. It was almost like taffy. I have had some really good gelato from a place in Berkeley and this was a disappointing gelato in comparison.

  Overall, absolutely incredible. The food is authentically Italian and homemade. The food is flavorful and beautifully presented. The service is incredible and Biba and her husband walk around to say hello to the guests. It's a very nice experience. The desserts were exquisite!
