  Terrible service.always forgets stuff when I order always brings the wrong soda and also the drivers are terrible too don't even know what there doing at all just terrible all around food service is just outrageously bad I can't believe there still open honestly

  Horrible hateful Crappy service. Overcharged me almost 10$ for my order, after being 2 hours late. Also they forgot my drinks and told me it was on the way 3 times in another course of 2 hours and ended up calling them back for them to say " sorry the wrong driver had it, we can give it to you tomorrow when we open." Absolutely horrible service.

  I ordered from Biagios on Wednesday night at 830 pm and didn’t get my pasta and fried calamari until 11 pm. This is the second time this has happened and my food was cold both times by the time it got to me. My friends at William Paterson also had the same exact experience, multiple times. When I would call to see where my food was I would be put on hold and no one would ever come back. I will never eat here again and the people who work there and answer the phones are rude.

  Food has always been good and I was a costumer for years but TWICE within a month, when I came to pick up my food, they had forgotten to prepare it so I left empty handed. I now go right across the street to Brother’s Bruno.

  I always pick up my food/pizza bc I live close by. Good pizza good price nice people.
