::The service was great. The hostess was sweet. Our waiter was super kind. The food, on the other hand, was not great. The chicken parmesan had a very burnt taste and did not look appealing at all. The lasagna was not, in fact, lasagna. It was like 20 mushy lasagna noodles stacked on one another with a tiny bit of sauce in between, then covered in cheese. It was flat out nasty. We also had fried ravioli, which were decent. Lump crab cakes, 5/10. The baked ziti was the best tasting, but it was still not great. There was a tall, slender lady in the dining room almost our entire meal acting as if she was setting tables. She did not look happy, to say the least. It was really uncomfortable. Way to expensive for the quality of "italian" food you get. It looked amazing. Looks are deceiving.

::The waitress didn't give us the napkins and the plates at the first place. During the dinner, other waiter who delivered the meal didn't help us to clean the table immediately. I think the restaurant which received a high compliment on google can do better in terms of the customer service. The food was OK.

::My partner and myself came in around one o'clock on a Friday for a late lunch meet up. The restaurant was busy but not packed. We did have a few minutes to wait while they cleared a table. The restaurant was very clean and neat in appearance, the staff well dressed and brisk in their duties. We were shown to our seat and we put in an appetizer order of calamari. Drinks came shortly thereafter, raspberry tea's, cold and refreshing. Our server returned shortly with the calamari, and took our orders for entrees. Fettuccine with lobster for me and Marsala for her. Entrees took a little while to be served, but the calamari was piping hot, crunchy and cooked to a perfect texture. We had not quite finished our appetizer when the pasta dishes arrived. Both entrees were hot, rich, and delicious. Coupled with fresh bread, and a dish of olive oil and parmesan cheese, it made for a filling, savory meal on a very cold winter day. We would definitely recommend, and will return next time through town.

::I love the outdoor seating, we try to call in advance and make a reservation just for it. Of course, the bread with the parmesan -olive oil is the best, and they even pack some for take-away orders, which is really sweet - especially during COVID - when we thought we would miss out on the warm fresh bread. We tried the Pepperoni Pizza, the Chicken Parmesan, the Dijon Salmon, and the Rigatoni Bolognese. Complimentary Bread + Oil - the bread was - mashed potato-based focaccia and herby sourdough with parmasean-enhanced olive oil. We have many a time asked for extra, as everyone at the tables scoops up plenty without any hesitation, and they always provide! Pepperoni Pizza - it was good, but I wished there were a little bit more pepperoni slices for the price of the pizza. Chicken Parmesan - was my favorite, to be honest - The chicken was very tender and the sauce was more than enough to scoop onto each bite. And the side of three cheese Rigatoni was a great compliment to the chicken. Dijon Salmon - the grilled salmon was great, especially with the capellini that was a bit sober with the intensity of flavoring, without overpowering the salmon itself. The dijon was something I didn't expect would go well with the Salmon, but I was quite surprised. Rigatoni Bolognese - the Bolognese was amazing and to be honest it was my first time eating Rigatoni, which was quite exciting. Even though it was just another shape of pasta, I enjoyed it with the bolognese. Highly recommend it, especially for the warm bread and oil!!

::My culinary journey was warm and memorable. Fresh baked bread 🥖 partnered with chefs chicken Florentine soup brought comfort to my soul. Braised short rib ravioli was a first for me and one I look forward to having again. I really appreciate the option to order a small pasta portion. My server was very accommodating. Wine list offered me an exceptional Sangiovese by the glass which is always welcomed .
