  Terrible service at this establishment!!I wanted to support local business because I live in the area and I needed some jackets to be cleaned so I brought two jackets a blue one and also a black one and the following week I brought a yellow one. In my blue jacket it had a slight hole so I wanted them to cover it up and clean. They said give them a week and everything will be taken care of. One week later there was some kind of issue with the black jacket because it has a metal piece in the hood so they did not wash it but they washed the blue jacket but did not cover the hole. The owner I think her name is Brenda told me that the hole will be covered in a few days and then she wanted me to sign a paper for them to clean the black jacket but not be responsible if anything happens so I told her I don’t want to sign it I just want the jacket back. She says ok we will not clean it or charge you for it I said fine. Another week goes by and I want to pick up all 3 of my jackets. The blue and yellow one are fine she patched up the blue one decently. So I give her the money and she says that it’s not enough. So I ask her how come and she’s says that she cleaned the black jacket and when I look at the jacket it’s still dirty and she says that she signed the paper for me without my permission and that she cleaned it but I look at and it’s still dirty. So we have an argument and all the customers in the store are agreeing with me because she signed without my permission because the jacket wasn’t supposed to be cleaned. I was going to take it to another cleaners to avoid getting the jacket damaged. So we talk to the other owner over the phone who also agrees with me. She ends up not charging me for the black jacket now she wants to see the ticket for the yellow jacket and I misplaced it. So she wants to see my ID I said fine but now she wants to make a copy of it and place it in her files because they couldn’t verify it was me, but she knew it was me before when she signed a paper without my permission. Brenda knew she was wrong and was just trying to be petty. After about a hour of arguing she finally admitted that she was wrong for forging my signature and not calling me to ask my permission for the coat to be cleaned. She was very disrespectful, called me names and questioned my intelligence when in fact she was in the wrong.I am going to report them to the Better Business Bureau for fraud and I have witnesses as well. I have never ever experienced this extreme lack of professionalism and customer service in my life. STAY FAR AWAY TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE ALSO SHE TOLD ME TO SHUTUP BECAUSE I WAS EXPLAINING MY FRUSTRATION AND SHE WAS UPSET THAT I WAS RIGHT AND SHE WAS WRONG!!!!!

  I think a lot of the people who are complaining were complaining at a time when this business just started and it was just the owner. But lately the lovely owner has been able to get good help and therefore turnaround time has lowered. I will always be a customer at this place because the owner really does care about her business and your clothes. Please support the local businesses.
