  One star and it goes for the sales person. She's good selling furniture and taking care of customers. But Beverly hills as a furniture store completely sucks!!! This is my 3rd week waiting for my furniture they got there 3 pieces and im still waiting for the rest... Since they don't have it, they want me to go over there and pick anything for the same price. And I found out because I kept calling over and over again. Because they didn't have the decency to call me. If you want to buy or finance your furniture don't ever go to this store! The misscomunication is unbelievable.

  If I could give this business ZERO stars I would. The employee Mr. Mora is a nice man and does his job correctly, but the management will make you pull your hair out. This company's management is so poor that they do NOT know how to effectively communicate with the customer. I had to call the company in order to follow up with my own delivery instead of them confirming with me. When I received my order there was a piece of furniture missing that had never came in, but management failed to let me know. I then spent THREE days calling the warehouse back and forth trying to figure out what was going on with my order. Turns out I was sold a piece that was no longer made. My biggest disappointment was that I, the customer, had to keep reaching out to the company. When it is THEIR responsibility to do so.

  If I could give this location zero stars, I would. I ordered a bedroom set from this location and everything was fine until I noticed that the person assembling the bed did not know what he was doing. To make the story short, he ended up screwing an incorrect screw into the bed, making a slit on one side of the bed. I repeatedly called and emailed them to no avail. After close to 6 months of trying to get in contact with them, they finally decided to replace the damaged bed piece. I would not recommend this place at all, unless you want inexperienced people to assemble your furniture. Save your money and go elsewhere!

  THIS PLACE IS A RIP OFF do not shop here they get everything from acme or ashley furniture and other suppliers go to the sellers directly not here they jack prices and they give you the run around HORRIBLE SERVICE
