  Steve, the owner, is very easy to deal with. He returns calls promptly. He is trustworthy and my transaction with him - selling my car - was a breeze. He has been around for a long time and that means something nowadays. Highly recommend Better Wheels for anything. Buying, selling, repairs.

  From the beginning these people have been awesome to me. They have gone out of their way to help me get a car. I would refer them to all the people I know. Steve especially has been my saving grace because he is so down to earth and friendly. He does his best to accommodate everyone's needs while running his business. Thanks guys!!!

  Buying a used car is not a fun task primarily because of having to deal with the dealers, who for the most part are a turn off from the minute you walk into their door. But Better Wheels and the owner Steven were pleasant surprise and a pleasure to work with. We looked all over the tri state area for a 2009 Subaru Forester and found it here. He was fair and worked with our requests. They are a small operation and hence you get the personal attentions. The car is in excellent condition (at least for now...knock on wood!). The only "complaint" I have is that the car could have been washed on the inside prior to selling it. I had to go and pay $100+ to get it fully cleaned, seats washed, etc, as there was dirt, dog hair, and coffee spill from the previous owner in it.

  I told Steven I would come to look at a car over the weekend and he sold it right under my nose. Also very unprofessional way of communicating with customers. Definitely not worth their business

  This place was great. Honest and forthright. Their online price matched the real one and their comments about the vehicle were spot on. Highly recommended if you live in the New York area and are looking for a car. We came up from NJ and the whole process was just great. This was internet used car shopping at its best. We've driven an unusually high 500 miles since we picked it up and the family loves how well this has worked out for us. Five stars from me. They're not super fancy but they are honest. Which would you rather pay for?
