  Id recommend you spend your hard earned money elsewhere. This was my first time going into a beto’s restaurant and as soon as i stepped into this location the hostess looked at me as if I were lost. No smile no greet, nothing. Our waiter was the worse, seemed like he was bothered to assist us from the beginning. Waiter spilled soda all over myself and gave a half-ass apology. Then joked about it as if it was a funny situation. Nevertheless my appetite went away and told him we would be finishing our drinks and eat elsewhere. He then continued to joke about weather we didn’t like Tex-Mex or Mexican food, by this time i was ready to go. Waiter then took it upon himself to tell the rest of the staff like if it were a joke. Very unpleasant experience, will not be coming back. Went to Fajitas and Rita’s next door , hands down 100% way better service and experience.

  The host and waiters are very friendly, the atmosphere is very lively and inviting, and the food was EXCELLENT. We'll definitely be returning next time we're driving through Dallas.

  We stopped here one night on our way home for dinner. It wasn't super busy so we got right in. Wait staff was attentive and nice. Food was good. The flauta's were very good along with their salsa. And we got a lot of food too. We will be back if we are in the neighborhood again.

  My husband and I love this place! We eat here at least once a month, more if we have a large get together. It is friendly, comfortable and very close for all our friends and relatives!

  The food isn't horrible, it's just okay. It used to be really good, but the last few times I went, everything just lacked flavor. The service is good, usually really quick and friendly. I would rate this three stars, but their prices aren't cheap anymore. So their price point (about the same as On the Border), coupled with the food, I have to say two stars. This is not the Beto's it used to be, unfortunately. I don't plan on returning, unless someone else is getting the bill.
