  Id give the branch 3 stars but overall since opening a new account with BFCU I've had nothing but problems and misleading information. My advice, be careful and read EVERYTHING before opening ANYTHING.

  I'm pretty young so I wasn't there for much, only to open a bank account. They were really snobby though. The employees there look down upon you, definitely.

  Very unprofessional employee at Bethpage no wonder No one takes them serious ,Not to mention I got Appprove for 10k,i went to that location to finalize the deal OMG why did I go there ....lol after visiting Bethpage and Not getting the service I deserve went to Nefcu Got Approve on the spot walk out with Pl Visa and a smile ,...Better banking Nefcu ....
