  I went to this bank to reactivate my account after it was closed for a negative 3$ and was told there was nothing they could do for me after talking to a manager over the phone I was told they could have helped me I then went to another branch that reopened my account without any problems I guess service depends on who wants to do there Job or not

  This bank in probably the most unreliable bank I've used, the ATM never, and I mean NEVER works. I went into the actual bank to make a withdrawal, it was my first time doing so, and when I got to the clerk, she was nasty and really not that helpful. I would not recommend this bank to anyone, it's terrible and shouldn't exsist, but than again that is just my expierenced here.

  I'd like to say that I do not understand why I tried to call the 1-800 number in the middle of an emergency and there was only a machine to answer me after the ATM machine "ate my cash" and not deposited in my account. I think we should be able to speak with someone to report a problem at anytime... I felt very unprotected. Not a good feeling.
