  Makes no sense to contact them because your get the wrong information. Just go to the branch and hope for the best.

  I decided to "Switch" to Bethpage due to my husband's recommendation. The Customer Service team is excellent and banking services exceed the credit unions I no longer bank at.

  I can't say enough good things about this staff, they are always super kind and helpful. I had an issue where my cell phone company overdrafted my account due to taking out the wrong amount, and the staff here reassured me that I would get my overdraft fees waived. They are always sweet and kind, and know me by name. Great service all around. Keep up the great work!!

  Rude and unprofessional especially that old Caribbean skunt lady.. you need to have manors or get a better job

  I never experienced this WORST service ever. Clearly can figure out corruption. I got approved through car dealer but when I choose not to get car from same dealer this bank people really gave me hard time. I can't explain about whole thing that what happened but dealing with this bank specially this branch was nightmare. WARNING WARNING.. STAY AWAY ..:(
