  This place deserves zero stars. The DMV road test supervisor is very uneducated and impolite. Also, the DMV road test exeminors are very rude. There are should be nicer people working with people. Most of them look very unhappy and very rude.

  Better then any city DMV by far and you dont have to deal with the people who smell like in Queens DMVs

  Seems like all of the 50+ years old are forced to work there without their own will. They have the worst attitude and don’t like helping anyone out there. I understand the wait times since so many people go there but it wouldn’t cost them if they smiled and answered questions without being so rude and demeaning.

  OMG don't go on a Thursday when they close late. They were soooo crowded it was ashame and only called thg same letters. When I complained they were nasty, the manager and clerk. There is a new enhanced license so its crowded due to that but why would they not have more staffing! NYS residents pay so much money for horrible government services . Horrible I should have went to Garden City then.

  THIS WAS MY FIRST 1ST TIME COMMING HERE FOR MY PERMIT IN JANUARY 2018 I WAS HAPPY I PASSED MY TEST AND MY PERMIT ISSUED ON JANUARY 26 2018 01/26/2018 WHICH IS AUSTRALIA DAY
