  The Manager at this location Canithia is the rudest individual there is. She is the epitome of ignorance in the worst way. Her attitude is very unprofessional,she is rude and uncaring.This past weekend 3/16/18 she took it upon herself to use my debit card without authorization an to date I still have not received my refund back. I admit to owing but when is it ever acceptable to use a customers debit card without authorization...UNACCEPTABLE....PLS DO NOT GIVE THIS BESTWAY YOUR BUSINESS!!!! LESS THAN ONE STAR!!!

  The "manager " is very ignorant and ghetto, her lack of customer service skills are very minimal. I wouldn't recommend this location to anyone. The gentlemen are very nice. But the manager has a arrogant attitude for such a simple job title. It makes it hard to so business with them. She reminds me of the ghetto black receptionist in all of the hood movies. As a black woman, I am embarrassed by her attitude and poor representation of us.
