  Not what I expected. Not happy . Dark. Thought we were getting a king suite. NO king and no suite! AGAIN NOT HAPPY. If you are looking for vacation nice. .. this isn't it. Looks like 70-80's rooms. Yuk.

  Nice place. Usually overpriced but we got a good deal during this stay. They offer a shuttle ride to downtown Nashville which is great. We did not use it as it was raining but would stay here again knowing that is an option. Breakfast was good. Clean place and helpful staff.

  The rooms were nice and clean. We enjoyed the breakfast. They even had biscuits and gravy which my daughter loved. Within five minutes of the mall. Wish there were more quick bite eats that weren't located in the mall. All in all great price and great stay.

  I really enjoyed staying at this Best Western hotel in Nashville while I attended a conference. They had the most comfortable beds I have ever stayed in at a hotel, and I loved the flatter style pillows. As with most hotels, the noise from the room Heat/AC units cycling through is always an issue. Not the case here as the quiet clicking noise did not wake me at all, and I was able to get very restful sleep. The front desk staff was pleasant and helpful, and the housekeeping staff was great in keeping me supplied with an adequate coffee supply. I had all the necessary amenities I needed for my 4 day stay and felt very comfortable and safe. Very practical hotel and well worth the cost. I would definitely stay there again, and would highly recommend it!
