  Clean, older charm, updated and well kept. Every single staff member here was beyond helpful and friendly, and really made the stay everything it should have been! Rooms had nice view of the patio and pool, and withing walking distance to nearby attractions. Great experience, would definitely return.

  Customer service was amazing! Every staff member I interacted with was friendly, helpful, and more than willing to go above and beyond. The location is walking distance to the Capitol and lots of restaurants and venues in the area. Breakfast had more options than usual. Overall, it's a great choice for business or vacation.

  Rude staff and bad service, don’t come here if you do not want the same experience. Lots of strict rules on being quiet. If you have Kids this Hotel is not RECOMMENDED

  If anyone is looking for great deals on hotels go to HotelRaven. com Booked a room on there and they had the best rates around... This is a great place to stay, and a great value. The hotel layout is a little unusual - you park underneath and check in at a tiny lobby on the same level, then all the rooms are above as well as a pool! The hallways were immaculate, and so was my room which was recently remodeled. The decor was very stylish and well done. The bed was extremely comfortable and I had an excellent night's sleep. There is a restaurant next door that serves lunch and dinner, but is mostly a bar - food was good and the place was very lively with locals during happy hour. I will definitely stay here on my next trip to Sacramento. The staff was polite and helpful, as you would expect at any Best Western Plus.
